What is Alabama Youth Congress?

A congress is a representative group that meets together to take action for their generation. The Alabama Youth Congress is a state-wide youth revival meeting that encourages young people to serve the Lord where God has them RIGHT NOW! Delegates in attendance hear powerful preaching, enjoy exciting activities, participate in the Youth Congress Choir, and begin specifically praying for places in Alabama needing a gospel witness. Each year, a new Alabama church planter is spotlighted and delegates commit to pray for and personally help as God allows.

 

Prayer for Alabama

AYC delegates individually pick a specific city or county in Alabama to pray for during the following year. Prayer for Alabama begins in a dedicated prayer meeting following the evening service.

                                      AYC is hosted annually by GLBC in Helena, Alabama.
